The location of this hotel is perfect! It is right next to the famous Recoleta cemetery and close to all the attractions of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. All areas, from the lobby to the rooms, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided at the hotel is fantastic. There is a wide variety of hot and cold items, as well as a good selection of fresh fruit. The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was something special. the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities provided a truly unique experience. the service exceeded our expectations with helpful and welcoming staff always available. the indoor swimming pool and Spa center were perfect for a relaxing day in. the garden area added a beautiful touch to the venue. the buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a large variety of options to choose from.
The location was not as convenient as we had expected, requiring a bit of effort to get around.

The hotel is conveniently located near many inviting restaurants and in a good neighborhood. You can also enjoy a panoramic view of a famous landmark from the top floors of the hotel. The staff is courteous, helpful, and speaks good English. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities and room advantages such as an upgrade to a suite and charming and accommodating staff.
The breakfast options could be improved by offering more fresh vegetables and made-to-order eggs.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are simply amazing. From the beautiful garden area to the exclusive Spa lounge, the venue is perfect for relaxation. the massage was top-notch and the heated swimming pool with sun loungers was the best way to unwind.
The only minor issue was the noise isolation in the room, which could have been better.
